You have your own design idea or inspo pics and need something drawn for you.
Submit inspo or original artwork via request form, you have to wait in a queue for your design to be ready
Design is made just for you
Includes email consult, price estimate, and stencil preview

Fill out waiver form
If applicable, have a parent fill out parental consent form
EITHER
A. Fill out a tattoo request (Tanya will e-mail back and forth with you until the design is approved and ready, THEN your appointment will be booked)
OR
B. Book a "ready to book" tattoo design (you can book your appointment straight away)
Q. Why do the forms ask for a date and time?
The booking system I use does not have a feature to fill out forms without an "appointment" booked. You can select a random date and time to bypass it. This does not mean you have to meet me at the time and date you selected. I do not do in person consultations.
