By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
A credit card on file is required; some appointments may need a deposit, which applies to your service.
Our strict booking policy requires 48 hours' notice for changes; last-minute changes incur fees.

Cancellations or reschedules must be via email. You will be charged 75% of the appointment.
No-shows incur a 100% charge; deposits remain non-refundable.
A $30 fee applies for consultation no-shows and a $50 fee for complimentary tattoo/PMU no-shows.

Arriving less than 15 minutes late may allow for accommodation; otherwise, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show.
A $20 late fee applies if you arrive late but can still be accommodated.

Failure to read prep conditions may result in a $100 cancellation fee if a service must be rescheduled.
Clients with multiple cancellations/no-shows may need to prepay for future appointments and could be blocked from online booking.
If your credit card is declined, we will attempt to charge it for 3 days; failure to do so requires payment before rebooking.
Kriya Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Healed results vary per client.
Makeup use may still be necessary.
Kriya Beauty cannot control healing processes or aftercare adherence.
Additional sessions may be needed for optimal results, with extra charges.
Once you leave, the work is considered complete. Adjustments require additional sessions and a 6-week waiting period.

A consultation or clear photos via email (kriyabeautyinfo@gmail.com) are required, and you may be charged full price.
We cannot guarantee results; approval of workable eyebrows is necessary.
Tattoo removal may be recommended for dark, dense, or discolored areas.
Additional appointments are often needed for cover-ups.

If your initial session was here, the second session can be scheduled 6-10 weeks later to allow for full healing.

Prices listed on social media or brochures are not guaranteed. The most accurate and up-to-date pricing is on the booking calendar, which will be charged for your appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Our studio offers a relaxing environment for all clients. We do not allow babies or children under the age of 13 years of age in the studio. This policy is also for the safety of your children and insurance purposes, as you are not able to attend to your children during your appointment. We cannot perform your service if you arrive with children, we do not have the facilities to care for children. This policy is strictly enforced. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
It is preferred that you do not bring extra visitors as our seating/space is limited. There are several coffee shops and shopping downtown, or the marina is nearby for waiting.
Fur babies (pets): As much as we love animals, we cannot permit any pets in the studio.

We’ve found that this policy helps us maintain the tranquil and empowering environment that our clients love. While we are proud to serve the women in our community, we do occasionally welcome men—only if they are accompanied by or referred by an existing female client.
