Booking Terms, Conditions & Financial Boundaries

• By scheduling an appointment at Kriya Beauty, you explicitly authorize the credit card on file to be charged in accordance with the strict cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies outlined below. No exceptions are made for any reason.

1. Communication Policy

• Email Only: All appointment modifications, inquiries, and cancellations must be handled strictly via email at kriyabeautyinfo@gmail.com. OR cancel/reschedule yourself using the button at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.

• No DMs or Texts: We do not check or accept appointment changes via Instagram DMs, texts, or Facebook messages. Tanya and Jayde share access to the studio email; if it is not in writing via email, it did not happen.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Boundaries (48-Hour Notice Required)

• We enforce a strict 48-hour modification window to respect our artists' time.

• More than 48 Hours' Notice: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with no penalty. Deposits (if applicable) are fully refundable.

• Last-Minute Reschedule (Under 48 Hours): Incurs an immediate 25% fee of the total scheduled service cost, or your deposit is forfeited.

• Last-Minute Cancellation (Under 48 Hours): Incurs an immediate 50% fee of the scheduled service cost charged to your card on file, and any deposits are completely non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

• Same-Day Cancellation/Reschedule: Any modification made on the day of your service will result in a charge equal to 75% of the total appointment cost to your card on file.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up to your appointment without email notice, your card on file will be immediately charged 100% of the service cost, and any deposits remain non-refundable.

• Specialized No-Show Fees: A flat $30 fee applies to consultation no-shows, and a $50 fee applies to complimentary touch-up or tattoo/PMU no-shows.

4. Strict 10-Minute Late Policy

• The Cutoff: We operate on a tight, precise schedule. If you are late, we will attempt to accommodate you up to the 15-minute mark if our schedule allows.

• The Late Fee: If you are late but can still be accommodated, a mandatory $20 late fee is added to your service.

• The Cancellation: Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in an automatic cancellation. The appointment will be treated as a No-Show, your spot is forfeited, and your card will be charged the 100% no-show fee. "I got lost" or "I couldn't find the sign" is not an acceptable excuse.

5. Technical Prep Conditions

• Read Your Prep Instructions: Failure to follow the mandatory pre-appointment instructions (emailed to you upon booking) that results in us being unable to safely perform the service will result in an immediate cancellation and a $100 cancellation fee.

6. Policy Enforcement & Account Restrictions

• Declined Cards: If your credit card on file is declined when a policy fee is issued, our system will automatically attempt to charge the card daily. Outstanding balances must be paid in full via invoice before you are permitted to request any future bookings.

• Account Termination: Kriya Beauty reserves the absolute right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Clients with a history of multiple cancellations, no-shows, or disrespectful communication will be permanently blocked from online booking and restricted from the studio.

Children, extra visitors & Pets:

Children Under 13: Kriya Beauty is a high-precision workspace containing sharp tools and sterilization equipment. For safety and liability reasons, children under 13 may only attend if they are able to sit completely independently and quietly for the duration of the service (bringing a tablet with headphones is highly recommended). Our artists are focused on your procedure and cannot act as supervisor or babysitter.

Guest Policy (Maximum 2): Our studio is an intimate, private workspace with exactly two waiting seats located directly in front of the station. Because of this limited space, you may bring a few guests with you if absolutely necessary. Please do not bring a crowd, or multiple friends to watch the service.

No Pets: To maintain strict hygiene and sanitary studio conditions required for tattooing and permanent makeup, animals of any kind are not permitted inside the studio space.
